Another Blogger Getting Paid
I’ve come across another blogger who is getting paid for his services.
Paolo Valdemarin, I believe, is a well known blogger – although I’ve only just come across the guy’s site. Paolo was recently hired to blog for a software product company.
He "signed the contract" and will be required to provide at least one post a week about the companies products in exchange for an undisclosed fee. And his posts will deal with his views on the company's products.
On investigating the company’s website and it appears they’ve hired several bloggers.
Paolo's post is also well worth reading because he lists 3 different ways that he was already making money from his blog. "I have always been paid to blog." he said. (I like that line).
Recently I also wrote about another blogger who auctioned his blogging services on ebay and got some good bids.
A number of people ask me "what is blogging?" and when I explain they look doubtful, and I can see they’re thinking: "Well, why are you doing that – what’s the use?"
Well this shows that my blogging efforts can be financially rewarded, even though I’m not writing this blog for that specific reason.
